Cimechel Electric Private Limited is in the process of execution of electrification works for a Railway siding for Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL). Construction of the Railway siding along with its electrification works is expected to enable RSP to cut down on freight and operational costs to the level of Rs. 60 Crores annually by allowing freight trains to reach, load and unload directly at the plant premises.
